At MOSI you can walk through Disasterville, a 10,000-square-foot of exhibit on floods, hail, lightning, tsunamis and volcanoes, including immersion theatres that demonstrate what it's like to experience an earthquake, hurricane, tornado and wildfire. The exhibition uncovers the science behind natural disasters and allows guests to explore the role of a weather reporter, emergency manager, scientist and producer through Bay News 9 WeatherQuest-an interactive newsroom complete with a real-life news desk and meteorologist green screen.
